OUR
REFERRAL FEE STRUCTURE IS AS FOLLOWS:
FACTORING:
Our
Referral Fee on factoring deals range from
7% to 10% of our monthly Factoring
Discount Fee. This is paid to you on a monthly
basis based on the amount of invoices that
are purchased every month from your
referral. Referral Fee is paid for the
life of the contract as long as the
contract is in good standing and there's
no default. A CHECK EVERY MONTH:
This is where you can create that
significant income stream! With Factoring,
your Referral Fees can add up to thousands
of dollars a month.

COMMERCIAL
LOANS and ASSET-BASED LENDING:
1/4% to to 1.00% of the funded amount (actual
Referral Fee is subject to overall pricing
of the deal but normally is .50% to
1.00%. THIS IS A ONE-TIME FEE which
is paid at closing.

If any of our investors purchase a loan
portfolio that has been referred by you,
we will split our fee 50%-50% with you.
